The rate of literacy is very low comparative to the other developing countries. And most of the young generation is unemployed due to the various causes. We believe we can make the huge population into a human force by the method of human resources development.
We can export our human resources skilled, semiskilled and unskilled all over the world wherever we find an opportunity. We do believe that we have a very small and limited market but even though we have to try our best to create new and wide ranged job market by our ultimate efforts.
